Waltham Forest Youth for Christ is a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee and is part of British Youth for Christ, dedicated to taking the Good News relevantly to young people for over 35 years

Our objectives are to equip and resource local churches so that together we can take the good news relevantly to young people. Helping young people to CHOOSE and make positive life and faith choices. To encourage young people to imitate Jesus through the way they LIVE and SHARE the hope and love of JESUS with others.

Aundrea Smith - Center Leader

We are pleased to announce that Aundrea joined Waltham Forest Youth For Christ last November as the new Center  leader. She loves engaging with young people and is excited to start this role as it will give her the opportunity to develop her passion for young people.

Aundrea is a vibrant Singer/Songwriter and believes music helps to lift spirits and touch lives. For the last 15 years she has been using her gift of music to share her heart, soul and the truth of the gospel. Her post at Waltham Forest is part-time, so she is able to  continue to run ‘The Voice of Excellence’ her motivational arts academy.  Tune in to her talk Show #SassySunday on Facebook & Instagram.

Melody Ayandokun - Youth Worker

We are pleased to welcome Melody to the team as our new part-time youth worker. She is passionate about seeing young people’s lives changed by the gospel and is excited to grow in the area in which she feels God has called her to. Melody has been volunteering at youth events for the past four years and has been in full time ministry for the last two years working across a broad range of ministries. Her role at WFYFC is part-time so she splits her time between her work here, a role as a sports & dance coach/mentor for another Christian organisation and working for her local church.
